Today we set up our blog website!

May 6th, 2016
Today we worked together to finish What is an ROV? and The Challenge Pages. I researched different types of ROV's and what there jobs are. I also did the part about Gone Fishing for the Challenge page. Next class, we are meeting with Mrs. S to make sure everyone is on the same page.

May 10th, 2016
Today we met with Mrs. S to discuss our knowledge about the ROV's. Jenny and I started work on the moters. We water proofed the moters and taped them with electrical tape. Next class, we will build more of the ROV.

May 12th, 2016
Today Jenny and I finished working on the motors. After finished water proofing with tape, we drilled holes in the film canisters. Then we connected wires to the motors. Next class, we will continue to work on the ROV's. 

May 13th, 2016 
Today Jenny and I finished working on the motors. We water proofed by applying wax to the motor and motor holder. We tested the motors, and added the blades on. Next class, we will work on the design drawings.

May 16th, 2016
Today Jenny, Quinn, and I put the ROV in the pool! We moved the ROV around the pool and started to make our arms. Next class, we will continue to work on the ROV and the hydraulic arm.

May 20th, 2016
Today Jenny, Yassica and I worked on the hydraulic arm and made sure we could get water in our tubing without bubbles. We worked on placing the arm and making sure the syringe and hydraulic arm works. Next class, we will finish our ROV.

May 24th, 2016
Today we finished our ROV! We finished making the hydraulics, and moved the ROV around the pool to get a hang of the controls. I did the daily blog, and practiced using the hydraulic arm to grab the octopus. Next class, we will be in the big pool and will practice all the tasks.
